Intoduction
We are a family house and prefer to let the whole property. However we will consider, during off peak times, to let part of it.
Prices vary by season and include full use of the property and all the amenities with a daily cleaning service. Other staff can be included for a premium price (Cook,Maid,etc).
High Season: March 15-April 30 and Dec 15-Jan 10
Low Season : All other times
Nb.the property must be rented for no less than 7 nights during high season.
Check in Time is 3.00pm and check out is 12.30pm

Acapulco
Las Brisas is today where many of the ultra rich of Mexico and Hollywood go to find their weekend retreats. This private residential area built into the side of an impressive mountain contains an array of impressive properties, of which only a few are available for rent.
Of those very few can match the location and history of this unique property. It was one of the first houses to be built here, the land discovered by the newly married Miyasaki's whilst on honeymoon.
Today there are a few more neighbouring properties, but none that occupy as much space and with such impressive grounds. It remains in the family, exceptionally well maintained and beautifully preserved.
Staying here is not just about being in a beautiful and luxurious setting, it is also about tradition and history. The property is, like the family, Japanese with beautiful gardens and furnishings.
It has 6 bedrooms, many spacious open areas including 2 bars, a swimming pool, a flood lit tennis court, a squash court with viewing balcony, japonese gardens and a 'mirador' which is the finest place to watch the magnificent sunsetting over the bay.
